Required Documents

For non canadian 

• Completed Visa Application Form
  • Must be filled out and signed by the applicant.
• Personal photo
  • One recent personal photo of the applicant with a white background.

• Employment Letter Official letter from your employer stating:
  • Your position
  • Number of hours worked per week
  • Annual salary
  • Must be signed by the Human Resources (HR).
• Bank Statements:
  • Last 3 months’ statements.
  • Each month must show a minimum balance of $5,000 CAD, also shown the salary.
• Proof of address in Canada ( driving licence, hydro Quebec....)
• Travel Itinerary:
  • Flight reservations (departure and return). For assistance with booking or managing your flights, please contact our travel agent.
  • Hotel reservation
• Proof of Residency in Canada (for non-Canadian citizens only):
  • A copy of a valid PR Card (must be valid for at least 6 months).
• Passport Copy
  • A clear copy of the applicant’s passport.
• Notification paper
  • Signed by the applicant.
